Physical Facilities Doi Modt Muay Thai campWe offer basic but clean accommodation with the best views in Thailand. Better still we offer the opportunity to have distraction free training due to our faculty being in the pristine mountains of Northern Thailand. The equipment is basic but sufficient with a large dedicated strawgrass roofed training area. The ring is a custom made ring housed under cover, along with four heavy bags and various exercise stations. A variety of running tracks, trails and roads.  The accommodation is sparse being well constructed using renewable local resources to create a simple small wooden and bamboo house with three separate rooms. We share rooms here with two rooms with three beds and one room with two bunk beds.
The small country kitchen creates the most delicious meal being run by chief Noi, who has amazed even the most demanding of eaters.  A Toilet and shower block is made of concrete and tiles all materials were hand carried up the mountain to create this clean and safe example of modern plumbing. With four toilet/shower stalls ( No Hot water here in the tropics), urinals and separate sinks plus two large sinks for laundry washing. So no excuses for lack of cleanliness at our camp. |
